Sunday April 26: Played Indoor Beach Volleyball (2x2 drop-in) @ 365 Volleyball in the afternoon. Saturday April 25 was just gorgeous as we basked in 28 degree Celsius and sunshine! Doggy walking; a morning BUDOKON class@ ZAZEN SPA; wrapped pre-show production at my home studio; Headed up to the radio station for program #116; post show expresso and snack on Fairmont @ Cafe Tredici on Fairmont; Podcasting. Attended a Cultural event in Old Montreal comprising of Live Music performers, Martial Arts Demonstrations, Photography and Art exhibition and more. Friday April 24 was in-line skating late afternoon and a BUDOKON practice @ Zazen Spa in the evening. Thursday April 23: More INDOOR BEACH VOLLEYBALL. Over to 365 Volleyball. My team the SUNS OF BITCHES (I'm captain) continued the season of Indoor Beach Volleyball with Week #5 matches. Thursday April 23: Did my 16th donation to HEMA-QUEBEC at their blood donor clinic hosted at the Molson Brewery by the Jacques Cartier Bridge. The CFL Montreal Alouettes football players John Bowman and Eric Lapointe on hand as were Joelle and Emilie from the Als cheer leading team and of course, the Als mascot TOUCHE! Wednesday evening April 22 was EARTH DAY! Planted seeds on the morning doggy walk. Attended a meditation and Chinese Tea Ceremony hosted by the Nexus Cultural Center on St. paul Street in Old Montreal. Also Did yoga-budokon home workouts. One must practise. Good old 'Patience and Perseverence.' The daily dog walks for Nina. Watching NHL Hockey playoff matches. Habs eliminated on Wednesday yet many a good match to see as round #1 wraps up.
