GO HABS GO! Watching the Habsand the 1st round of the NHL Playoffs. Saturday April 18 was doggy walking; a morning BUDOKON Academy class@ ZAZEN SPA; wrapped pre-show production at my home studio; over to Point St. Charles for an interview and the press conference on the launch of the VELO LIBRE bike share program @ Park St. Gabriel; Headed up to the radio station for program #115; post show expresso and snack on Fairmont @ Cafe Tredici on Fairmont; Podcasting; Go Habs Go! Game # 2 of the Playoff series in Boston. I BELIEVE. We BELIEVE. The TEAM BELIEVES! Whoop-Dahh! Thursday April 16: More INDOOR BEACH VOLLEYBALL. Bladed (In-Line Skated) over to 365 Volleyball. My team the SUNS OF BITCHES (I'm captain) continued the season of Indoor Beach Volleyball with Week #4 matches. Won a few games. Thursday April 16: Went OUTDOORS to the Old Port Park for a BUDOKON early afternoon workout in the sunshine and bare footed. Ya, it is early but the mantra is "do something that freaks you out every day." It's called LIVING! Just DO IT! Wednesday evening April 15 attended the Board of Directors meeting for the month of April @ CINQ FM 102.3. Also Did yoga-budokon home workouts. One must practise. Good old 'Patience and Perseverence.' The daily dog walks for Nina. Watching NHL Hockey playoff matches.
