• The GRAVY and POTATOES hit the COMPOST PILE! Whoop-Dahh! The best dish of left overs to hit the COMPOST PILE this week was the Billy Bob Thorton interview Wednesday on CBC RADIO ONE's program "Q" where things got rather testy between Billy Bob (cinema actor, film producer, screen writer and now focused as a musician in the Boxmasters Modbilly music band) and the radio program's host Jian Ghomeshi. Things got hotter under the collar when Billy Bob was booed at a Toronto concert on Thursday with his band the BOXMASTERS. Thorton retaliated by referring to Canadian audiences as "mashed potatoes without the gravy" or equivalent. Then corrected that statement by calling Ghomeshi an "A-hole." Not surprisingly Billy Bob and the Boxmasters have decided it would be wise to cancel out of the rest of Willie Nelson's tour dates across Canada. A sunny Saturday April 11 was doggy walking; a morning BUDOKON practice @ ZAZEN SPA;  wrap pre-show production at my home studio; headed up to the radio station for program #114; post show expresso and snack on Fairmont @ Cafe Tredic; Podcasting; Go Habs Go!

Friday April 10: Got sand in my shorts and it felt good! Cycled over to play Indoor Beach Volleyball (drop-in) @ 365 Volleyball making it a really good Friday!  

Thursday April 10: Back to the beach for INDOOR BEACH VOLLEYBALL this week. My team the SUNS OF BITCHES (I'm captain) continued the season of Indoor Beach Volleyball with Week #3 matches.

Wednesday evening April 08 got in a BUDOKON class @ Zazen Spa in Old Montreal. 

Also Did yoga-budokon home workouts. One must practise. Patience and Perserverence. The daily dog walks for Nina. Watching NHL Hockey matches as the regular season wraps up.
