Saturday morning of spring showers. Saturday April 4 was doggy walking; a morning BUDOKON practice @ ZAZEN SPA;  wrap pre-show production at my home studio; headed up to the radio station for program #113; doggy walking in the rain; Podcasting; Go Habs Go up against the Toronto  Maple Leafs down the HW-401 after winning four of the past five matches icing the Islanders 5-1 on Thursday.

Friday April 3: Practicing Yoga-Budokon; groceries; yadda-yadda.

Thursday April 2: Back to the beach for INDOOR BEACH VOLLEYBALL this week. My team the SUNS OF BITCHES (I'm captain) continued the new season of Indoor Beach Volleyball with Week #2 matches! Followed by birthday cake! WHOOP-DAHH! 

Wednesday evening April 01 got in a BUDOKON practise session @ Zazen Spa in Old Montreal.

Monday March 30 picked up a new Beach Volleyball. Yeppers, Zellers. Purple & White.

Sunday March 29 headed over on a rainy Sunday to play some 4x4 Indoor Beach Volleyball @ 365 Volleyball (drop-in, not league play.) Watched the JUNO Award program on CTV. Enjoyed the show. Comedian Russel Peters again excellent as host.

Also Did yoga-budokon home workouts. One must practice. Patience and Perserverance. The daily dog walks for Nina. Watching NHL Hockey matches as the regular season wraps up. Following the Montreal Juniors of QMJHL in the playoffs their first season in Montreal now in their 2nd series against the Voltigeurs of Drumondville.
