The sunshine gave way to clouds and rain on Sunday March 29 making it a good day for playing Indoor Beach Volleyball (drop-in), doggy walking ole Nina, the JUNO Awards. Hot Damn! Gorgeous Saturday morning of sunshine and warmth! Saturday March 28 was doggy walking; a morning BUDOKON class @ ZAZEN SPA; lunch; doggy walking; wrap pre-show production at my home studio; BICYCLED up to the radio station for program #112 (to candle light ... turned the lights off in the studio); Post-Show snack @ TREBICA; a walk through Mile End post-program to bask in the sun of Fairmont, Park Avenue, St. Viateur, St. Laurent ; Podcasting; doggy walking; Go Habs Go up against the Buffalo Sabres after TWO wins over the Thrashers and Bolts. Listened to the game on radio at home with lights-out for Earth Hour to candles and incense candles. Habs rocked during Earth Hour with 3-goals but alas lost a hard fought shoot-out that took 6 rounds. Friday March 27: Cycled on the Lachine Canal Trail (watch for snow in the tunnels!) and picked up potatoes, carrots, asparagus and fresh sausages @ the Atwater Market for a delicious dinner. Thursday March 26: Cycled up to the radio station from Old Montreal to record an interview with Gessica Gropp of the Urban Ecology Center @ 4:00 pm. We got a "CANCEL" on INDOOR BEACH VOLLEYBALL this week. My team the SUNS OF BITCHES (I'm captain) continue the new season of Indoor Beach Volleyball next week! Made other plans. Two BUDOKON classes. Wednesday evening March 25 and Saturday morning March 28, 2009 before cyling into the radio station. Did yoga-budokon home workouts. One must practise. The daily dog walks for Nina. Back out cycling. Watching NHL Hockey matches. Following the Montreal Juniors of QMJHL in the playoffs their first season in Montreal. CEAD MILE FAILTE! "100,000 Welcomes" - Enjoyed a festive St. Patrick's Parade Day in Montreal with friends doing brunch @ EGGSPECTATIONS downtown; watching the parade; pub hopping with friends old and new to pints of Guinness. The parade that unites families with strollers with party partaking Guinness tasters!
