OUT & ABOUT:
  • Did interviews with station "volunteers" applying to become station "members" along with a colleague on the Membership Committee on Saturday until 2:30 pm. Then hosted program #109 of The Earth Lounge @ 2:30 pm. If I was a V6 Engine I was firing on 3-cyclinders at best with a cold-flu virus ... give me meds, more meds ... Advil, NeoCitron, Throat Lozenges, Echinacea, Ginseng Root, lots of Kleenex tissues, lemon juice, even tea ... its all good.
  • Did SFA on Friday other than walking the dog and a supply run.
  • Wrapped the winter season with playoffs on Thursday March 5 playing INDOOR BEACH VOLLEYBALL @ 365 MONTREAL. No glorious trophy for the SUNS OF BEEYOTCHES playing 4x4 yet we hustled hard.
  • A BUDOKON workout on Wednesday evening March 4, 2009. Watched the NHL Trade Deadline coverage earlier on Wednesday. No big trade for the habs but Alex Tanguay was coming back and we did pick up defensemen Mathieu Schneider prior to the frenzy of last day trading.
  • Came down with a cold-flu thing on Tuesday. AgK! Ugh1 Thought I'd make it through the whole winter without a damn cold. There goes the shut-out.
  • Additional workouts come from doggy walking with ole Nina and home workouts of Yoga and Budokon.
