• What is Budokon? Budokon (bu-do-kon) translates directly in Japanese as (Bu) warrior, (Do) way, (Kon) spirit – or “way of the spiritual warrior”. Budokon is a yogic, martial arts and living arts system. Founded in 2000 by yogi and marital arts master Cameron Shayne, Budokon is the first and only art form to integrate yoga, martial arts, and meditation into one complete system.

• Got in a BUDOKON (yoga, martial arts meditation) workout on Saturday morning February 28 at Zazen Spa B4 trekking into the station to host program #108 of The Earth Lounge @ 2:30 pm. an interview with my BUDOKON sensei, Annick Robinson. Morning and noon doggy walk for Nina in Old Montreal. Caught the NHL Habs win on TV  B4 partaking of Montreal's annual all-nighter, NUIT BLANCHE.   
 
• Attended a gathering of Montreal Community Radio Stations held @ BURRITOVILLE on Bishop Street Friday February 27 hosted by CKUT. Montreal to be host city of the 2009 National Campus and Community Radio Stations Conference in June 2009. http://www.ncra.ca/
• Walked back to Old Montreal to walk the dog and watch the Habs exciting win over the Flyers in overtime Friday night. WHO-AHHH Go Habs Go!
• Tickled the toes in the sand on Thursday February 26 by playing INDOOR BEACH VOLLEYBALL @ 365 MONTREAL as captain of the SUNS OF BEEYOTCHES playing 4x4.
• Working the Bod! A BUDOKON workout on Wednesday evening February 25, 2009.
• Additional workouts come from doggy walking with ole Nina and home workouts of Yoga and Budokon.
