• Attended an Indoor Beach Volleyball clinic on Sunday November 16 (10:30 am) @ 365 Volleyball.
  
• Enjoyed the CFL Montreal Alouettes football team beating the visiting Edmonton Eskimos on Saturday by a score of 36-26! We are the Eastern Champions and Grey Cup bound and hosts to boot! Caught the game on TV at home in the 1st QTR, via the car radio driving to the radio station for the 2nd QTR, at the station over the Internet as I hosted The Earth Lounge radio show @ 2:30 pm and back at home on TV for the exciting 4th QTR after splitting from the radio station and booting it for home! Wearing my lucky 2001 Grey Cup cap (Montreal hosted that game and I got to see the game at the Big O) on-air for The Earth Lounge obviously brought the Als a touch of good luck and victory!
  
• Partying with teammates from my victorious fall Softball team the KOGNAX at the YE OLDE ORCHARD pub downtown Friday evening organized by the Club Montreal Sport and Social (CMSS) recreational league.
  
• Played Indoor Beach Volleyball in 4x4 mixed play @ 365 Volleyball on Wednesday evening with my teammates on THE SUNS OF BEACHES!
  
• Attended the Remembrance Day ceremony on Tuesday November 11 at Montreal's Place du Canada.
  
• Doggy walking and squirrel chasing; football and hockey viewing.
