• Friday June 27 at the Rada Yoga Studio on Gilford Street for the 'Launch Party' of Ascent Magazine's 'Sustainability' issue preceeded by a 'Conversation' event by the University of the Street's Cafe at the same venue. Now I myself got into Yoga some 5-years back while on a consulting project in Minnesota for several months in 2003-2004. The gym near my long-term stay hotel in Bloomington had good Yoga classes so I tried it, I liked it, and rediscovered my toes (men tend to neglect flexibility in our training programs) but as you'd discover if you read the magazine  that aspect (flexibility) is just a small spect of sand on the yoga mat's more spiritual aspects. 
  
• Saturday June 28 at the radio station for the Earth Lounge and Information Update (10 am; noon.) An evening gathering - birthday party for a friend interrupted by a fire alarm sending those in my building out into the streets briefly 'til the firefighters showed up. False alarm.
• Sunday June 29 caught the Euro-2008 final at the local Cage Aux Sports in Old Montreal. Viva Espagna! Quite the goal by Torres in Spain's 1-0 win over Germany. A weird weather day of sun, clouds showers with quite the little thunder clapper in the evening.
